Ann Harrington; multifaceted performer, songwriter & entertainer from Dublin, Ireland, currently firmly rooted in Co. Meath. Hailing from generations of musical stock, Ann is a highly experienced singer, with TV shows, radio, live shows, you name it, under her belt! A former "You're a Star" finalist, she appeared on the Eurovision Stage in 2008 representing Ireland, and has appeared on TV commercials and Radio ads for many years. 

 

Ann is a talented performer, entertaining throughout the country with her covers band "The Rattle Shakes". However, she is an exceptional songwriter. Named one of the Rising Stars of 2011, and the winner of the Tunebreaker Charts 2010, "Harrie & The Maniax" are a critically acclaimed songwriting force. With influences as diverse as gospel, rock, swing & reggae, the band are as eclectic as they are inspirational! Ann's songs are satirical, gut wrenchingly honest, passionate, funny, and all beautifully created.
